CANCELLATION POLICY

If any class is canceled, all students will receive notification via email and/or text.

The student will receive a full refund or can apply the cost to a future course with ToTRES.

Classes and Times are subject to change at any time. 

REFUND POLICY

Full refund will be given if a student cancels within 3 days of the start of class.

A credit will be given within 2 days of the start of class, which they can apply the cost to a future class with ToTRES. They must contact ToTRES at office@tot-realestate.com to register for a future class and apply the credit.

No refunds or credit will be given within 1 day of the start of the class.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

ToTRES adheres to the Idaho Real Estate Commission’s Attendance policies for students to receive credit. If you would like to review that policy, you can find it at https://dopl.idaho.gov/rec/rec-education-licensees/

For Online Courses

You are required to have a webcam with a working microphone and continuous video feed. Your video feed must be clear enough that the instructor and moderator can see your face at all times, and you must keep a continuous video feed during all classroom instruction.

Student Engagement Policy – Alternative Delivery

1. Test your equipment and technology prior to the start of class; you are required to have a:

    − Reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth

    − Video camera able to maintain a continuous feed

    − Working microphone

    2. Cell phones ARE NOT to be used as the main device to connect to the virtual classroom

    − Cell phone use is prohibited during instruction

    3. Attend 100% of the course as outlined in the Attendance Policies from an area that is free from background noise, other people, or other distractions

    4. Keep a continuous video feed during all classroom instruction

    − You may only turn off or pause your video feed, use a virtual background, or assign an avatar during scheduled breaks

    5. Engage in the same behavior, decorum, and attire as you would in a live classroom and do not engage in any distracting behaviors

    − Examples may include driving, eating, sleeping, smoking, vaping, excessive movement or walking with your camera, and unnecessary chats during class

    6. Remain actively engaged for the duration of the course and respond to all questions, polls, and prompts from the instructor and moderator

    7. Prelicense students MUST keep any test questions or information learned during the exam confidential

    MONITORING ATTENDANCE POLICY

    The Instructor will monitor the attendance of all students, remind all students of the policy at the beginning of the class and enforce the IREC attendance policy during the class. If a student is late either arriving or from a break, they will be notified they are not receiving credit for the course and they can elect to stay without credit or leave at that time.

    COMPLETION CERTIFICATE AND CE REPORTING TO IREC

    ToTRES will provide completion certificates to all students who complete/pass the course at the conclusion of class or within 72 hrs via email.  The CE credits earned will be reported to IREC within 72 hrs as well but we encourage students to retain the completed certificates in case there are any technical issues, they can verify to IREC of completion.
